In the 1980s a kit car was all the rage. A kit car is an automobile available as a set of parts that a manufacturer sells and the buyer then assembles into a functioning car. Usually, many of the major mechanical systems such as the engine and transmission are sourced from donor vehicles or purchased new from other vendors. In this case, we have donor from Ford Puma, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Volkswagon.

Wrapping

The original colour of this car is red. The owner chose an orange using a wrapping technique where you literally choose your colour and it gets wrapped in a special material. I prefer the originally colour red.

Ford Puma, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Volkswagon

This is what is all about personalising your car even to the degree of putting your own name on it.

Speed

It goes up to 220kmph and is very comfortable to sit in thanks to the Lamborghini seats.  Here in Tuscany, the hills are narrow, stereo and windy and the brake and handling are fabulous.

1980’s Nostalgia

When driving and touring in this car. It is important to return to the 1980s. Trending, purple, black hat and of course your dogs. Like a Pretty Woman.

There is something very knight rider about this car.

This is a lifestyle car and one that works well here in Italy.
