What colour hat are you choosing to wear this summer? I chose red as a symbol of passion for life. For many years red has been a colour that is in my DNA. My heritage is Italian and red has always been in my life.
Ferrari red has always been my favourite choice of red. Hats are worn often in Venice. So to compete with Venice architecture, I decided to opt for Amasa Vita felt Red Hat due to the style and colour.

Once I was allowed to move within Europe I chose Venice. The heart and soul of a city on water.

Today I opted to team my Stetson Amasa vitafelt red hat with silk green. Lots of people were staring at me and I know it was due to the red and the cowgirl style hat.
Felt is not a fabric I would normally choose to wear during summer. But to be honest it was more than durable at 30 degrees. This is the famous Rialto bridge in Venice, where everyone wants a photo. I decided to do things a tad different.

Gondolier
Here in Venice hats are often worn during summer. When in Venice one must take a gondola. These gondoliers are always wearing straw hats. if I could restyle the guys I certainly would be choosing a red Stetson hat instead.
The guys wanted to swap hats, they recognised the Stetson brand. It is a famous brand for many years.
On average the interior design of a gondola is normally red.
If you are seeking a place to venture during this Covid 19. Head to Venice, historically the city has not been this quiet in about 30 years. I took this image a week ago at 12 pm.
To see Piazza San Marco this quiet during Summer is like finding a Stetson hat out at sea.
