Being lock-down in your home for weeks on end. Did you redesign your home in your head? Let’s face it your home overnight turned into your prison, workplace and school setting.
Did you not come to the realisation that 2020 was a year to reinvent your interior design within your house?
You can create your own opulent lifestyle within your home.
Feng Shui What Does That Mean?
During being lockup did you evaluate the feng shui quality you lived in? How did it make you feel? Did you then throw out so much stuff that made you feel horrible? Did you think when doing so what on earth was I thinking of holding on to this worthless crap? Being cooped up did you realise how neglected your home has been?
Did you think to go on the internet look at home designs and dream of a feng shui home that would allow you to be more creative? Give you more working space?
Let me encourage you to declutter, swap, loan and borrow items to create your new feng shui home.
Ask your friends to swap items you don’t need or like.
Items that mentally drain you. Furniture or objects that have a bad history in your life. Get rid of them.
The state of your room is the state of your mind.
Antique Furniture
Antique furniture is cheap right now. So it is easier to get it for a great price. Try to hunt people down for gifting, loaning and swapping your existing furniture for something different.
Choosing antique furniture is a lovely way to redecorate your home.
Bedroom Wardrobes
I am a big fan of having beautiful antique wardrobes and draws as a work of art. Art pieces you can move if you intend to sell.
Also, I love storing my sustainable clothing in beautiful wardrobes. Don’t neglect your lampstand image either.
Italian villas are very dark so the more lamps the better Feng shui.
